Facts:  XX was involved in an accident where law enforcement arrived on scene late. XX maintained another person was driving; however, XX was eventually charged with DUI.
Defense:  Ryan went forward with the "phantom driver" defense, providing credible evidence that another person was in fact driving the vehicle. The State of Florida questioned whether the could prove the Defendant was in actual physical control of a motor vehicle.
Result:  All charges dropped
